Jill Jensen
Founding Partner
Jill Jensen is a Business Strategist, Facilitator and Leadership Advisor with a passion for future thinking, human-centred strategy and meaningful growth. She works alongside founders, CEOs and boards to build purposeful, high-impact organisations that are both commercially strong and deeply human.
With a background spanning business and science, Jill brings a systems-level lens to her work - connecting structure, mindset and strategy to help leaders see patterns, make confident decisions and create alignment across their teams.
Jill is known for her grounded presence and her rule-breaking spirit, always questioning the norm and looking beyond what’s commonly accepted as true.
When she’s not reimagining possibilities with her clients, you’ll find her meditating, moving her body, spending time with her family or walking her border collie, Toby, in sunny Perth, Australia.

Founding Partner
Simone Parker is a Leadership and Business Alignment Coach, Facilitator and Advisor, who helps business owners and leaders strengthen their leadership, align their teams and create businesses that are both successful and sustainable.
With more than 15 years of experience across Human Resources, leadership development and entrepreneurship, Simone brings a unique blend of strategic clarity and intuitive depth. She’s known for her ability to get to the heart of what’s really driving behaviours, dynamics and decisions.
Simone's approach is warm, witty and grounded, combining empathy with a healthy dose of straight talk. Her work inspires genuine transformation — the kind that shifts how people think, lead and live.
When she’s not guiding clients through their next evolution, you’ll find her walking along the beach with a hot chocolate, diving into a board game or adventuring with her family in Perth, Australia.
Our Story
How did a simple coaching session morph into a legendary business partnership?
When Jill needed a practice “buddy” for her EOCC coaching accreditation, she reached out to her network.
Simone, a former colleague, accepted the opportunity, excited to catch up and open to where it might lead.
Jill was stoked—while she didn’t know Simone well, she knew Simone was an experienced coach herself and might be forgiving of any rough edges in Jill’s learning process.
During one of their sessions, Simone uncovered a powerful vision for a leadership program but felt it was too big to take on alone. As they discussed possibilities, Simone began to picture having a business partner to make this vision a reality.
But who?
Through coaching, they explored what qualities—and deal breakers—would make an ideal partner. Simone’s list included shared values, clear communication, commitment to growth, a passion for doing things differently, a love of life, and, most importantly, someone who could handle her directness and embrace her humour!
Jill asked, “Do you have anyone in your network who fits the bill?”
Simone paused and replied, “Jill, I think it might be you.”
And the rest is history.
