Jill Jensen

Principal Strategist

Jill Jensen is a Business Strategist, Facilitator and Leadership Advisor with a passion for future thinking, human centred strategy and meaningful growth. A geophysicist by training, she spent the first part of her career reading complex physical systems in the mining and oil and gas sectors, then moved into strategy and business performance roles before founding her consulting practice, Reimagine Consulting.

With a background spanning business and science, Jill brings a systems-level lens to her work - connecting structure, mindset and strategy to help leaders see patterns, make confident decisions and create alignment across their teams. She works primarily with boards, CEOs, founders and executive teams, and her strategic planning process has been applied across medtech, manufacturing, industrial services, government science and community organisations.

She is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, holds an MBA and First Class Honours in Geophysics from Curtin University, and is an EOCC-certified executive coach. She serves as an adviser to the Murlpirrmarra Connections board.

Jill is known for her grounded presence and her rule-breaking spirit, always questioning the norm and looking beyond what’s commonly accepted as true.
